mt4 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the mt4 platform. By registering or accessing any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by mt4 through this website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
Continued use of the mt4 platform after any updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.
This platform is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. Registration by or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the mt4 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed. Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, phone number, and valid payment details.
Mt4 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with account policies. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mt4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
You are advised to use a strong, unique password, avoid sharing your login credentials with anyone, and notify the mt4 support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account. Any action carried out through your account — until you report a misuse — will be treated as your own.
User Responsibilities in Platform Use
Users agree to use the mt4 platform solely for personal and lawful entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in fraud, match manipulation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or verification
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the mt4 platform are conducted in Malaysian currency (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, active, and registered in their own name.
Deposit
All successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed unilaterally by the user once funds have entered the platform account. mt4 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, users may contact support via email for an investigation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. mt4 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where there are indicators of fraudulent activity, an active dispute, or non-compliance with applicable bonus terms. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonuses or promotions offered by mt4 are subject to additional terms stated separately at the time the offer is made. Users must fulfil the stipulated wagering (rollover) requirements before any winnings derived from bonuses are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus abuse may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The mt4 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, mt4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
Mt4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry the risk of financial loss and accept full responsibility for their betting decisions.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Mt4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of any term in this document, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or at the platform's absolute discretion in the interest of overall system security and integrity.
Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to recover any remaining account balance. For closures arising from other reasons, mt4 will endeavour to process the withdrawal of any legitimate balance once the investigation is concluded. Dissatisfied users may submit an appeal via the support email.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the mt4 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of mt4 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from mt4.
Third-Party Links
The mt4 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers, game suppliers, or support platforms. mt4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. Users who access third-party services do so at their own risk and are subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Mt4 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mt4 platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate resolution mechanism as provided under applicable law.
